Collaboration Hefe from Braurei Weihenstephan & Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., featuring Weihenstephan's signature yeast & Amarillo & Chinook hops from Sierra. Naturally cloudy, this amber Hefe offers notes of peach, apricot, citrus, w/ a hint of banana & clove, all rounded out by a dose of caramel malt.

The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the specialty of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

Nothing refreshes more than this naturally cloudy weissbeer with its wonderfully rich yeasty taste. Goes very well with light meals, which are not too strongly-flavoured - veal sausage in particular.

An extremely dark colored double-bock beer for both stout beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this double-bock beer a really special beer with medium hops and lots of malt with a mild sweetness - reminiscent of malted milk, marmalade and caramel.
