Notes of citrus, lemon-lime, honey and coconut are rounded out with the smooth flavor of Kentucky Bourbon. Surprisingly easy to drink at 11.3% ABV and does not have a “hot” flavor.

Chai Tea Virginia Black Bear features the dark chocolate and distinctive hop flavor of Virginia Black Bear melded together with the delicious spiciness of Indian Chai Tea. 10 specialty grains comprise the backbone of the beer and the Indian Tea provides the soul. Four Pillars DIPA is a hop lovers dream without the harsh bittereness generally associated with the style. We first wort hopped it with Galena for a smooth bittering addition and then Hop-Bursted it with stupid amounts of Columbus, Pacific Jade and Apollo hops for a fantastic flavor and aroma profile. To get even more hop aroma we double-dry hopped 4 Pillars with Columbus and Apollo. Tasting notes: Stone fruit with a hint of orange and pine supported with a distinctive malt backbone.

The concept for this beer is the reason LCCB exists. We wanted to create a beer with ingredients that we grew on our family farm. Gentleman Farmer was made with hops grown on the farm the brewery is housed on. One of the only of its kind in the Commonwealth, Gentleman Farmer is LCCB's foray into adding terroir into the world of Craft Beer. Very limited release. It's nice and balanced with a great hop aroma. We double dry hopped it with Nugget for three days and then Chinook for three more days. Cheers!

This is a special one-time brew for LCCB. We used 4 yeast strains, which add to the complexity of the quad and Belgian Candy Syrup called D180. D-180 is a very dark award winning premium Candi Syrup, which contributes the depth and lightens the body of most authentic Belgian-Style Quads.

The Great Commander is a Rum Barrel Imperial Stout spiced with cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne, New Mexican Ancho Chile and serrano peppers. Flavors of chocolate, rum and vanilla meld together seamlessly with the perfect amount of spice and heat. The Great Commander is the spark setting fire to the hearts of the masses!

Heir Apparent is an Imperial Stout with a complex caramel soul tempered by a chocolate and roasty undertone. Sweeter than the Virginia Black Bear at only 60 IBUs, but balanced with the heat of fresh Mexican Peppers, delicious cocoa-nibs and smooth vanilla. The Heir Apparent is ambitiously biding his time 'til he comes to power. His time will come.

The Illuminatos (Rum barrel + Vanilla Russian Imperial Stout)

Conditioned on lime zest and aged for over 3 months in Mexican Tequila Barrels, notes of lime, oak and the smoothest tequila compliment the honey and citrus notes Three Chopt Tripel is known for.

LCCB's flagship is named after the nearby Magic Beaver pond on the farm’s property. Premium Belgian Pilsner Malt and Authentic Belgian Yeast are combined with American Grown Galena, Columbus and New Zealand Pacific Jade hops. Magic Beaver is a hop-forward beer that mixes the mystery of Belgium with the flavors of North American and New Zealand hops.

Mango Habanero Brown Ale is a unique approach to an American Brown Ale. Higher in ABV than most of its counterparts, and being an LCCB beer, hoppier too. But that’s not all, its unique flavor derives from the Virginia 6 row barley we used, which was grown on the same property the brewery is housed on. Fresh Mango flavor provides the sweetness and Mexican grown Habaneros provide the spice. It burns so good!

Dedicated to the Nasty Woman in all of us. We use American grown Sterling and New Zealand grown Motueka hops that help impart a lemon and lime characteristic with a hint of tropical fruit. Multiple hop additions throughout the boil create a textured, full flavor. Aged for months in Mexican Tequila Barrels, notes of vanilla, oak and the choicest tequila compliment the honey and citrus notes Three Chopt Tripel is known for. Multi-layered, complex and deceptively smooth.

Nuclear Nugget Imperial Honey IPA is a delicious hop libation. It's not delicate or subtle. What it is, is a hop head's dream fulfilled. Nuclear Nugget explodes with flavor. Notes of citrus flowers from Centennial Hops and strong herbal and spice notes are added from Nugget hops. The fallout is somewhat subdued through the generous additions of local Goochland Honey from Bearer Farms. Proceed with Caution. The Hour Draws Nigh.

Pony Pasture Pilsner is a classic Bohemian Pilsner. Continental Pilsner Malt with a touch of Cara Malt comprise the structure of the beer. American Grown Sterling hops were utilized for bitter and aroma additions with that vintage Czech Saaz addition at 20 minutes for the noble aromatic blend of earth and spice that we love so much. Perfect for hot Virginia days down by the Rivah.

A Belgian Style Pumpkin Ale made with Pumpkins that we grew on the farm. The process for our Pumpkin Beer began this past spring when we began preparing the pumpkin patch. We planted several hundred seeds, fought off hordes of deer, turkeys and countless insects in order to bring this beer to fruition.

A blend of 90% Short Pump Saison and 10% Three Chopt Triple. 1 pot of 2006 Pu-ehr Tea was added. It has been naturally reconditioned in their warm room. Pu-erh or Pu'er tea is a variety of fermented dark tea produced in Yunnan province, China. Fermentation is a tea production style in which the tea leaves undergo microbial fermentation and oxidation after they are dried and rolled. Igor would be proud!

Redneck Soap Opera is a rum barrel aged spiced Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale. We brewed our own unique take on the Quadrupel style then spiced it with cinnamon, ginger, star anise, black peppercorn, coriander, nutmeg, vanilla, whole clove, cardamom, allspice and orange peel. After aging for more than a month in tank we transferred it to Rum Barrels for three more months. The result is an innovative beer that is layered with flavors of currants, rum-raisin and spices.

Our ode to Belgian Farmhouse Ale. The Short Pump name comes from the colonial era Short Pump Tavern, a famous mid-way point between Richmond and Charlottesville. Lickinghole Creek's Saison matches Premium Imported Belgian Pilsner Malt with two types of Rye. First Wort Hopped (an old German brewing technique) with American Grown Galena Hops and Hop Bursted (a newer American technique) with large amounts of Columbus and Nugget hops. The combination of the malt, rye and hops creates a beer with a distinguished hop aroma, a more undeviating bitterness and a more balanced beer. Limited quantities of this one!
