The ancient legends that abound the Russian Imperial Stout of yore are filled with tempestuous romance, sinful thievery, and scurvy, too. So highly regarded was this historic recipe, the Russian Kings tried to keep it all to themselves. They failed. Today we bring you our own dastardly dark version, with a rich and roasty aroma, notes of plum and port and a velvety texture so luscious it just might make a grown man weep.

Pale golden color with soft lemon and melon esters and a bready malt body. Dry hopped with Centennial and experimental hops from the Yakima Valley. If you like a hoppy IPA, but don’t always care for the higher alcohol, try an El Conquistador XPA.

Our Hard Root Beer is a hand-crafted adult twist on a classic soda. Creamy, smooth, and sweet but not cloying, the 7.5% ABV in this Hard Root Beer is all but undetectable. With traditional root beer notes of sarsaparilla and vanilla, this is a craft beverage for someone craving something a little different. Serve over ice or with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy.

Our award winning Hefeweizen is one of the breweries most popular selections. Unlike the lemon-laden wheat beers that flood market today, Mission Hefeweizen is a true example of a classic Bavarian Hefeweizen - exhibiting a wonderful bouquet of clove, banana, pear, among other aromas and flavors which make this beer a refreshing and full flavored brew. Make no mistake – there is no fruit in this beer. The complex and flavorful character of our Hefeweizen is achieved by the authentic Bavarian yeast strain employed in its production. 15 IBU

Our India Pale Ale exhibits a complex hop aroma, largely due to the generous usage of Cascade and Centennial hops, as well as a subtle malt character from the various malts used to achieve the wonderful balance exhibited in a world-class IPA. San Diego has become world renown for the wonderful and flavorful beers produced here – and India Pale Ales are no exception. Kolsch-Style Ale. Our Blonde ale is a crisp and refreshing golden ale. Modeled after the kolsch-style ales from Cologne (Köln), Germany, our blonde ale has a clean, lager-like character, and a smooth, balanced bitterness. The authentic kolsch yeast strain provides a subtle fruitiness, which compliments the Liberty and Hallertau hops used for flavor and aroma. 20 IBU
