Belgian PaleWhite Birch

Belgian
6.7% ABV
This straw colored beer greets with an aroma of noble hops, pears and Belgian esters. The flavor follows nicely with a moderately spicy hop and Belgian yeast effect buoyed by a soft malt body. The finish is crisp and dry. We enjoy this beer with spicy foods, grilled steaks, grilled chicken and mandarin salad. Where you take it is only limited by your imagination.
Berliner WeisseWhite Birch

Weiss
6.4% ABV
Napoleon’s troops referred to Berliner Weisse as the "Champagne of the North" due to its lively and elegant character. Today this style is described by some as the most refreshing beer in the world. Our approach was to brew this beer with Lactobacilius for a refreshing and authentic interpretation of a classic summer refresher.
First SparrowWhite Birch
Hooksett, NH
Smoked
3.8% ABV
A contemporary take on the near forgotten Grodziski style, First Sparrow flies from the netherworld of antiquated beer and straight into your heart. Smoked and heavily hopped, our little bird chirps her three note song, and spring is here. Brewed with wheat and Rauchmalts, a neutral German ale strain, and lovely German hops.
Hop SessionWhite Birch

IPA
5.2% ABV
Hop Session is in. Starting with a blend of west coast hops for a balanced, bitter effect. We close the session out by dry hopping the beer for a nice resiny mouth feel.

Porter
6% ABV
The tradition of porter is long and confusing. Ask five brewers what a porter should be like, and you’re sure to get five different answers. Our Humble Porter was brewed without personal certainty of any kind. Instead, we looked to the past and came up with a beer resembling the porter at it’s height in England’s mid-19th century. Neither boastful nor reluctant, this beer was crafted with honesty, care, and an eye towards history. Drink up!
RusalkaWhite Birch

Stout
6% ABV
What is winter without a delightful stout? Named for the Rusalka, deadly and beautiful water demons, our Multi-grain stout is brewed with barley, wheat and oats to create a dark ale that is both refined, and inviting. Beneath the mellow roast character, you’ll find a density of flavor that includes plumb, raisin, burnt sugar, and the obligatory chocolate. So keep your ear out for the song of the Rusalka, and raise a glass to the black void. Taste it.
