No lightweight, Big Daddy IPA tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a clean, dry finish that leaves the scene without a trace. Big Daddy IPA is a hop-head’s delight, a generously dry-hopped yet surprisingly drinkable American-style India Pale Ale. Poured into a standard American pint glass, the beer is a golden straw color, with tight carbonation and a slightly off-white head that leaves a lovely lacing. The aroma is floral, fresh grass, pine needles, grapefruit and subtle notes of fresh bread.

Doubling down on malt & hops, Double Daddy raises the stakes. With its good looks and no-limit style, DD takes the pot every time.

This year, we are proud to announce our first release of Brewer’s Reserve Old Godfather Barley Wine. This special release is a blend of three batches that we brewed to higher-than-normal gravities resulting in a beer of almost 13.8% abv (with all the blending our math gets a little fuzzy). Each of the beers was treated a bit differently. We added extra sugars to the first batch during fermentation, and boosted the alcohol to 14.6%. Then we put half of that batch into some rye and bourbon barrels that we stuffed with hops. The second batch wasn’t as perky and only finished at 13.5%, but it has been enjoying its four months of aging in Stainless Steel. The third batch we just brewed a month ago and required quite a bit of poking and prodding to finish at 13.3%. Each batch brings a little something different with it, and together we think they are an awesome beverage of class and sophistication.

This limited edition Payback Porter is brewed with a special fall espresso blend called Sugar Skull from our friends at San Francisco’s Ritual Coffee Roasters. Their fresh crop coffee beans are the perfect partner in crime to Payback’s blend of Chilean chocolate malts and rolled oats.

Prohibition Ale is the first beer we bootlegged back in the early days of the brewery. Anything but traditional, Prohibition pours a deep reddish amber hue, with a fluffy tan head that leaves a beautiful lacing on the glass. A lush, complex aroma teases the senses with juicy grapefruit, citrus, pine, spice and candied caramel malts. Mouthfeel is creamy, with a silky, medium body and modest carbonation.

Named after Bureau of Prohibition agent Eliot Ness, Untouchable is a no-holds-barred, ruthless IPA. Locked and loaded with a heavy dose of Nelson Sauvin & Centennial hops, this IPA is simply Untouchable. Untouchable IPA pours a vibrant copper, with aromas of fresh pine and caramel malt. With intense notes of grapefruit and perfectly crisp sauvignon blanc grapes, Untouchable is mouthwatering with a juicy body and clean, refreshing finish.
