A red rye india pale ale. This beer combines a full bodied and complex malt profile with flavors of rye and intense hop flavor and aroma. It's crystal clear red appearance, delectable fruity aroma, and lasting foamy head make it a drink to remember. With multiple additions of Amarillo and Pearle hops it appeals to the experienced 'hop-head' while still maintaining drinkability glass after glass.

Single Hop Session Saison brewed with Green Bullet hops. It's a very nice and easy drinking Saison with a slight hop bite in the finish. At about 4.5% ABV you can really shoot these down

With a burst of America's favorite hop strains, including Simcoe and Nugget, this ale does not disappoint on aroma, bitterness or flavor. This ale will be brewed when the extremely popular hops used in it are available to us.

An extremely sessionable blonde ale that combines a light body and mouth feel with the full flavor of sweet honey malt and a crisp hop finish. This beer is designed to be light and thirst quenching, with a moderate 5% ABV. New Recruit Honey Blonde Ale is intended to lead typical craft beer haters or dedicated light pilsner drinkers to the greener pastures of the craft beer world. It's unique light taste and extreme drink-ability will have everyone requesting a second, third and even fourth round. Inevitably these customers will become our "new recruits".

A drinkable stout called "Night Vision" for its pitch black appearance. It's a beer that guides you towards the joys of dark beer styles. As far as flavor goes, this beer takes the cake with a light mouth feel but rich notes of chocolate and coffee malts as well as mellow hops. The flavors are well balanced to ensure that even those new to dark beers will be coming back for more of this one.

A German wheat beer with hints of pineapple and cinnamon. These thick wheat beers are one of the oldest styles of beer on Earth. The word 'hefeweizen' translated means "unfiltered wheat", hence the beers cloudy appearance. We take this style in a new direction with the addition of real pineapple juice in the fermentation process. Pineapple Grenade is another brew meant to appeal to a wide variety of beer drinkers' palettes. Wheat beers are enjoying growth worldwide in markets where new styles have been traditionally hard pressed to find a place, mainly due to their smooth and sweet taste profiles.

Our most drinkable IPA is designed to teach those that fear the bitter bite of any typical IPA that the india pale ale, when hopped with the right hops, can be extremely refreshing, enlightening, citrusy, and sessionable. It's our recruiter to the IPA world of beers. With a crisp and clean finish and an aftertaste with notes of citrus and passionfruit, we will show the naysayers what IPAs are capable of.
