Dawn Chorus makes its return featuring Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy to double down on its layers of tropical citrus fruit forward hop and yeast derived character. Brimming with bright citrus pineapple that leads into sweeter mango-pine undercurrent, all of which culminate into our signature super soft DIPA body and feel.

Our beloved IPA. More Simcoe, Columbus and Falconers Flight culminate in a hefty double dry hop. Juicy orange rind zest piney peach finishes into a dry, yet plush character.

A session ale for all seasons. This lightly hopped golden ale, originally based on a British summer bitter recipe, is pale gold in color, lower in alcohol content, and thirst quenching. Feed your inner beer geek.

This IPA is a hop-head’s dream. Massively hopped with Falconer’s Flight after the boil and allowed to whirlpool an additional 30 minutes, this IPA is then double dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight and Motueka. Prepare for a hop punch that Captain Falcon would be proud of, "Falconnnn punch!".

Fermented with our preferred Chico Ale yeast variant for that clean “C” hop and malt expressive character, this was a key piece of the clone correct puzzle. If you haven’t figured out what we’ve adoringly attempted to do by now, ask a friend who knows. If imitation is a form of flattery, consider us guilty as charged. We notice impressions of fresh cut Christmas tree, grapefruit rind, sweet orange citrus oil, and clean caramel reinforced with a softer level of PNW varietal derived hop bitterness

Stone Collaboration

Pungent citrus, peach, mango and passionfruit resonates throughout the aroma and flavors. All of the exotic fruits are prevalent in this delicately soft DIPA. hopped exclusively with Galaxy and Mosaic hop.

Collaboration with Hardywood Park.

Brewed with the same framework as the fully grown-up version, but with a much more sessionable ABV at 4.5%. We notice orange sherbet, guava, slight dankness, melon, and un-ripened orange hop character with a plush and fuller mouthfeel that belies the ABV.

Heartfelt which is gluten removed is our interpretation of a beloved and still extremely relevant mid-coast IPA featuring 100% hand selected Centennial hops in both the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping. ⁣It is also Gluten Removed. We taste pulpy grapefruit, trix cereal fruit impressions, bright pine, all of which get pulled together with a drinkable cleansing bitterness and a softer candied citrus like ester profile derived from the use of an alternate American Ale strain.

A definitive house favorite, our Franconian-inspired Kellerbier is back on draft and in 12oz cans. For that extra depth of malt character we seek, we built this one from Epiphany Pilsner and Munich malts, and treated the whole thing to a double decoction mash regimen. Hopped with German Hallertau, and packaged slightly younger than our other lager offerings, this beer is our love letter to the Kellerbier tradition.

Interstellar Burst returns today in cans and on draft! Generously hopped with Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado with deep impressions of pineapple, white grapefruit, orange marmalade, and soft coconut cream. Plush and creamy, with our signature and ever reliable super-soft finish.

Dry, hugely hop forward citrus fruit, resin and pine. Brewed with centennial type, apollo and palisade hops. Triple Dry hopped at well over 1.5lbs per barrel.

A hoppier take on the classic favorite Pale Ale. Brewed with rye and pale ale malt, this beer is then dry hopped before being transferred to serving tanks.

Created out of the need for us to continually explore the nuances of certain hop varietals, the triangles series allows us to thoughtfully experiment with an often singular set of variables that we force ourselves to live within. Always the same grist and always our house ale yeast culture. Through this self-induced restriction, we find Simcoe opening up with the bright pink grapefruit pulpy melon citrus, culminating into our considerably soft finish.

Classic representation of a classic style. Like the brewers of old, this recipe is an amalgam of ingredients finished off with a French Saison yeast strain. This saison features a single hop variety that will be rotated throughout the various times it’s brewed.

As an ideal candidate for the three-sided treatment, we took our standard triangles grist and loaded it with said Strata at our elevated kettle and dry hopping rate. The resultant, single hop liquid has us noticing brighter mango, orange creamsicle, dole like canned pineapple juice, with a delicately herbal sweet basil character to balance the whole thing out.

Hints of caramel and coffee dominate this beer’s nose. A perfect session ale for the lover of dark beers

As if gorgeously pale lager couldn’t possibly get any more approachable or enjoyable, we present Tiny Pils. Designed with the sometimes need to manage our collective sobrieties with an ABV that’ll set you down gracefully, we notice noble floral hop character, lemon-lime peel, and a cream-soda like plush malt finish. This beer should be your go-to companion for anywhere beer is needed, and we're pretty sure you can't, and shouldn’t, have just one.

Citra DIPA

Very classic Hefeweizen recipe with a mild twist - finished with a delicate charge of Motueka hops to contribute a soft lime/spice character to the beer.

Our ever-reliable house IPA returns fully immersed in the “Out West” treatment. Brewed with the same North American 2 Row and Malted Wheat grist ratio, both kettle and dry hopped identically to the original, but fermented with the most classic of all American Ale strains for a much cleaner, crisper, and dryer bird of prey. To that end, we taste notes of crushed sweet orange, deep grapefruit rind, strawberries and cream, and sweet sticky pine resin.

As we continue down the well-beaten path created by those west coast brewers from the earlier 2000’s, we’ve found ourselves willing to trial out just a touch of crystal malt, even after so much of our previous willingness to whine and complain about its use. The focus of such a departure in recipe formulation is in search of an additional depth of malt character that would complement our dryer American Ale yeast fermentation alongside the chosen varietals of Citra, Nelson, and Centennial.
