Coelia, Our Mermaid muse doesn't often make a fuss. but she insinuated that - at the very least - we should make a beer in her honor. How could we refuse? This easy drinker elicits feelings of Spring, with gentle hints of Lemon, and a sensible amount of Rosemary. ​It's a year-round primavera beer.

India Pale Ale is all the rage, so we decided to make a Lager instead. And then we named it after our home city Norfolk. And then, to be even more different, we decided to spell it weird. Troublemakers.

​The idea for this beer started with a comment from renowned beer writer Stephen Beaumont: "How come nobody is making Bock Bier anymore?" Sounded like a challenge to me, and I told Stephen that I'd make one for him as soon as we were up and running. ​Promise fulfilled.

It was the first truly modern decade and, for better or worse, it created the model for society that all the world follows today. ​Dark , Complex and exciting like the period it is named for, our Jazz Age is smooth, and refined, like an F. Scott Fitzgerald story.

A proper "Winter Warmer"; Saturnalia was a Roman festival to welcome winter and celebrate the coming of the new year. Saturnalia is full of flavor and perfect for long dark nights.
