Reason Beer

Reason Beer was born of 20 years of friendship and more than a decade of brewing between founders J. Patrick Adair, Jeff Raileanu, and Mark Fulton. Since leaving Charlottesville in the early 2000s to pursue their education and careers, Mark, Jeff, and Patrick stayed in constant contact through a shared passion for beer and love for their hometown. In 2017, after three years of careful planning, recipe development, and design, we have reconvened in Charlottesville to create a world-class brewery. Reason Beer was founded by three lifelong friends returning home on a mission to make the world’s greatest craft beer. We strive to create beers that exemplify balance, creativity, and flavor.

Generous dry hop additions create a deeply-layered palate of tropical fruit and floral flavor with restrained bitterness. This beer pours a beautiful clear golden color with a brilliant white sudsy head. New SOP is clean, smooth, and almost dangerously drinkable.

Intense citrus aroma with notes of bright lemon, hints of passion fruit, and the smell of a fresh tangerine, Perpetual bloom opens with a bouquet of fruit and florals from generous fruits hopping on. Matched with restrained bitterness, this beer is the perfect companion to a day spent among the bounty of nature
	Prismism		Reason Beer Charlottesville, VA	IPA 5.5% ABV	New year, new us. Super tropical, citrusy, and incredibly juicy double dry-hopped IPA. Plus a perfect malt balance. Brewed as a toast to a year of great beer and a great community. A wide spectrum of different tones and influences, all coming ogether in one multi-faceted explosion. Prismism. In a can. Cheers.
