Our newest American Pilsner is a celebration of US grown ingredients: Pilsner malt from Proximity malt in Delaware, and Idaho Gem from our friends at Yakima Quality Hops. Bright notes of raspberry leaf and preserved lemon on a body of sweet honey bread. Finishes dry, sparkling and insanely refreshing. You'll want it all to yourself.

NEIPA with Austrailian Enigma and Galaxy

Dry-Hopped Raspberry Berlinerweisse. Our next fruited sour features bright and fresh raspberries with a touch of Idaho Gem that lends raspberry leaf and blue raspberry notes. Fully fermented and fairly dry, this Berliner carries a firm tartness, pink color, and loads of flavor and complexity with a smooth and soft finish. Mom didn’t want us to, so we did anyway.

West Coast IPA featuring Elani (formerly known as 1320) and Mosaic hops from our friends at Yakima Quality Hops. The combination creates a tsunami of bright citrus flavor for a crisp, hoppy, and refreshing beer.

The next in our playground series of Double IPAs, Lava features pineapple-forward Idaho 7, and mixed berry-like Mosaic hops. We achieved a new level of softness and creaminess in this beer, still with a huge aroma and flavor of tropical fruit and berries.

his Hazy IPA is brewed with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra hops. As bold as it is mighty this Martial Arts Animal will takedown your palate and force your tongue into submission. Jiu Jitsu Shih Tzu may be small, but he is fierce.

This festive sour is brewed with two varieties of Plum, Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Lactose for a sweet-tart treat.

Featuring Eukanot & Wolf hops, this is a big, chewy DIPA w/ a pillowy carbonation & aromas & taste of grape bubblegum, pineapple, starfruit & apricot w, a seriously herbaceous dankness.

Dark Lager

Notes of orange & grapefruit are well-balanced by the malt.

Oatmeal porter with 100lbs of whole hand-smooshed Virginia Sweet Cherries, Vanilla, house toasted hazelnuts, and Montmorency Tart Cherry juice.

Featuring Mosaic hops & Simcoe lupulin powder, Idaho 7, & El Dorado hops for a bright, juicy DIPA on a smooth, creamy body.

Dessert Stout brewed with Red Velvet Cake, Lactose, Caramelized Sugar, and Vanilla. Smooth thick body and mouthfeel which is rounded out by cocoa, caramel, and decadent icing. You gotta spend that cake to drink this cake!

This DIPA is bursting with pineapple, berries, white peaches and starfruit character from Simcoe lupulin powder, Pekko and Azacca hops and a dry, yet characterful yeast strain.

This imperial stout is suuuuper thick and creamy with notes of milk chocolate and mocha latte. We made this with our double infusion mash technique, and made it extremely low bitterness for a decadent and sweet experience. Slightly fruity in the nose from a famed British ale yeast that leaves behind lots of mouth-filling dextrins and viscosity. Treat yourself!
