april 10. Friday. 4 -8pm. first annual swine and brine! Our first big outdoor festival is here! This Swine & Brine party has been a long time in the making, and we can't wait to bring together some of the finest local chefs and foods on Friday, April 10. From 4 to 8 p.m. we welcome Metzger Bar & Butchery, Rappahannock Oyster Company, Saison, The Roosevelt, ZZQ, and King of Pops to Ardent to cook, grill, roast, shuck and serve an incredible menu of pork, oysters, crab cakes, side dishes, and of course, dessert. In addition, we'll have more than 12 Ardent beers on tap for the festival including our brand new spring lager and a handful of special cask releases just for Swine & Brine.

Spanning our taproom, patio and outdoor space, Swine & Brine will be our biggest event to date and by far, the most fun. Great food, craft beer, music, and friends: what could be a better way to kick off a fine spring weekend? We are pre-selling tickets online and encourage you to buy in advance, as capacity is limited. Cost is $18 per person which includes two tickets redeemable for beer or food, as well as an awesome Swine & Brine t-shirt.

More information is available here or you can email us - media@ardentcraftales.com, with any questions. If you are interested in volunteering at Swine & Brine, email Lindsey - lindsey@ardentcraftales.com and be in touch!
