Belgian Strong
8% ABV
Lucifer entered the market in the mid 1980s under the label of Liefmans breweries. It was an extension to the popular segment of strong, blonde beers. After Liefmans Breweries disappeared, Lucifer fell into the hands of our neighbours and friends Duvel Moortgat. However, they only wished to concentrate on Liefmans’ fruit beers. Lucifer was in danger of dying a silent death. But we didn’t let it get that far, our conscience couldn’t allow this to happen. Het Anker received the right to produce and commercialise Lucifer. May we roast in hell if it doesn’t follow the success of our own beers!
O'Hara's Celtic StoutCarlow
Carlow, Iran
Stout
4.3% ABV
This stout has a robust flavour with a ful bodied and smooth mouth feel. The roast flavours lead to a dry espresso like finish. A generous addition of fuggles hops lead to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.
Loose CannonHeavy Seas
Baltimore, MD
IPA
7.3% ABV45 IBU
Our flagship beer, Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. The carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA—its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.
Munchen DunkelHofbrau
Munich, Germany
Dunkel
5.5% ABV
Dark beer existed in Bavaria long before light beer. This was the first type of beer to be brewed at Hofbräuhaus when it was founded. Today, when beer-lovers all over the world talk about dark beer, they usually mean a Munich style beer. Today, Hofbräu Dunkel - the archetypal Bavarian beer - is still as popular as ever. With its alcoholic content of around 5.5% volume and its spicy taste, it’s a refreshing beer that suits all kinds of occasion. A beer in the traditional Munich style!

A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.
Brett Free VerseThe Virginia Beer Company
Williamsburg, VA
IPA
6.8% ABV77 IBU
So one day we diverted regular Free Verse wort to a different fermentation vessel, where it was fermented solely with a strain of Brettanomyces isolated from a respected Belgian Lambic producer. As opposed to the ale yeast used to ferment traditional Free Verse, this Brett fermentation showcases distinct pineapple and overripe mango flavors with a touch of tropical funk. The beer received the standard Free Verse dry-hopping treatment in order to maximize hop aroma.
Falcon SmashTriple Crossing
Richmond, VA
IPA
7.5% ABV
This IPA is a hop-head’s dream. Massively hopped with Falconer’s Flight after the boil and allowed to whirlpool an additional 30 minutes, this IPA is then double dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight and Motueka. Prepare for a hop punch that Captain Falcon would be proud of, "Falconnnn punch!".

Gong WaterBenchtop
Norfolk, VA
IPA
6% ABV
We have created a new experimental IPA with a Norwegian yeast. This yeast is commonly referred to as “gong”. It is extremely unique in that we can ferment at 98 degrees & still get a nice clean beer, albeit loaded with pineapple & mango aromas. We decided what better way to compliment this than to add over 3 lbs per barrel of Citra dry hops. This is bright, tropical, & pillow soft.
DriveBitburger
Germany
Pilsner
0% ABV
For pure refreshment think Bitburger Drive. The alcohol is carefully removed, but only once the beer has fully matured so it locks in the famous Bitburger taste. And at the same time it reduces the calories. The full fermentation process means that Bitburger Drive can be tapped straight from the keg, unlike most other beers. And because it is fully fermented, there’s no need for it to be pasteurized, so it tastes even fresher.

Aragon 1904Blue Bee Cider
Richmond, VA
Cider
8.6% ABV
Blue Bee Cider produces its ciders in a turn-of-the-20th-century coffee warehouse along the James River in Richmond’s Old Manchester district. The first records of the Aragon Coffee building are dated 1904, a time when coffee was often traded for tobacco down the river to the Atlantic Ocean and beyond. Blue Bee Cider makes ARAGON 1904 from a blend of modern and heirloom apple varieties to create a light, crisp, off-dry cider. It pairs well with many dishes making it suitable for special occasions, barbecues, or just by itself on a hot summer day.

Even though there is nothing that can replace the direct sensory experience, let us try to describe the flavour of Czechvar beer. The first impression you get is a pleasurable and delightfully hoppy aroma. The delicate and yet rich malt flavour causes our beer, from even the first sip, to glide smoothly down your throat – maybe even too smoothly. it leaves a fine, pleasantly bitter taste that disappears so slowly… that you are already beginning to look forward to another perfectly flavour-balanced sip.
