Three Notch'd
Stout – 8% ABV – 15 IBU
A chocolate lover's dream, this rich, creamy stout was made with 3 different kinds of dark roast barleys, giving it several layers of chocolate and roast flavors, then finished off with Ghiradelli dark chocolate. This Valentine's Day "dessert beer" was designed by Charlottesville area native and avid homebrewer Noelle Gray. Her recipe was chosen out of 50 entries as the winner of the 2017 Homebrew for Hunger Competition hosted by Fifth Season Gardening and Homebrew Center.
