Hibiscus is added to unfiltered Basketcase American Helles, providing a slightly floral aroma and a nice red hue, which really shows itself in the pink foam - a pleasant little addition to an already clean lager. Some tartness from the hibiscus tea we make and add to this beer creates a very easy drinking lager.
