Wheat Ale – 12.8% ABV – 44 IBU
The biggest beer to date we've ever made, the intention behind a wheat wine is to simulate a traditional wine, but only brewed with barley and wheat instead of grapes. This beer has a wonderful, fruity aroma of sweet stonefruit, a flavor profile of raisin and caramel, all finished by a nice, bitter finish from american hops.
