Saison – 7.7% ABV – 16 IBU

For our Chardonnay Brett Saison with Apricot, we aged our saison in New Kent Winery chardonnay barrels with brettanomyces and apricot puree. The beer is pale gold and cloudy. The mouthfeel is drier and lighter bodied than the base beer. The apricot complements the fruitiness and funk of the brett, alongside prominent chardonnay notes and hints of our saison yeast.
