The Berliner Weisse is pale straw colored, cloudy, and pleasantly effervescent. Sourness dominates the aroma, with notes of lemony tartness. Light body and high carbonation complement the clean sour flavor with notes of lemon and citrus, and the 3.2% ABV allows a hint of the malt profile to shine through. In the tradition of the style, try it with a flavored syrup, made by King of Pops.
