Watermelon Gose

Gose – 5.1% ABV – 8 IBU
This German Sour Ale becomes an American quencher with the addition of Watermelon puree from California. The tart, salty, sourness coming from a process called kettle-souring with lactobacillus, giving the beer a dry crisp quality is a perfect sunshine complement to the watermelon puree added at the end of the process.
