Three Notch'd

Double IPA – 8.2% ABV

We’ve thrown out all the rules for brewing this unique beer. No hops were added until the whirlpool process, which is directly after the kettle boil. Doing this keeps the bittering hop oils from dissolving into the wort, allowing a fresh bouquet of fruity citrus flavors to shine through, while creating a super smooth, soft fruity finish. Enjoy the aroma and fresh flavors of the all-American Centennial hop, which has been a long-time staple in American IPAs.
