Designed by our Cellarman/Packaging extraordinaire, Chris Schmitt, this beer was inspired by his and his wife's love for the cajun slide guitar sounds of Louisana musician, Sonny Landreth. Named after the last track on his 2015 "Bound By the Blues" album, 'Simcoe Street' is beautifully balanced with caramel malt notes and a complex citrus profile from the American-grown Simcoe hops. What really makes this beer stand out is the subtle heat and flavor coming from the Tabasco peppers.
