IPA – 7.1% ABV – 30 IBU
This IPA showcases the American hop, El Dorado, grown by CLS Farms in Yakima Valley of Central Washington State. This hop is also a big part of the flavor profile of our flagship, '40 Mile' IPA, contributing to its tropical, fruity flavor and aroma. The base of the beer is a golden pale malt with just a touch of crystal malt and oats to allow the El Dorado hops to be the star of the show.
