Red Ale – 9.5% ABV – 31 IBU

A special taproom-only pilot brew for our Small-Batch Fridays. This red ale was brewed with Ironclad Coffee Roasters cascara (the cherries of coffee beans), then aged in Reservoir Distillery bourbon barrels with maple syrup and sour cherries. A cocktail-inspired ale that will remind you of a Manhattan.
