Strong Ale – 6% ABV – 15 IBU

A special release from our wild fermentation project. We aged this medium-bodied sour blonde ale on various oak for eight months with mangoes. The sweetness of the mango has a more balanced effect on the sour, compared to the American Sour Ale with Raspberries.
