Changeling is an enchanting blend of dark sour ales aged in both wine and whiskey barrels, and inoculated with Brettanomyces yeast. It pours a deep ruby, with touches of gold at the rim. Leading with plum and toasty malt, the flavor turns gently but unmistakably tart. Notes of earthy, funky Brett and a touch of lingering caramel sing on the long finish, creating a delicate balance.
