Part of our Experimental India Pale Ale series, this release is the next in the family bine of recipes using concentrated Lupulin Powder. Whereas Fresh Powder featured exclusively Citra powder and Frozen Bales combined Citra + Simcoe powder, You Go Sim CoeCoe falls entirely in the piney, earthy, and fruity realm of Simcoe hops. This IPA features extravagant doses of concentrated Simcoe Lupulin Powder and an unheard of 4 LBS. PER BBL Simcoe dry-hop. Brewed with an estery yeast strain sourced from nearby RVA Yeast Labs, the result is citrusy, full-bodied yet soft, and full of hop flavor & aroma but low on bitterness. This is as fetch an IPA as ever there was!
