Gose – 4.3% ABV – 0 IBU
This German-Style Salted Sour Ale is light, crisp and super refreshing. The highlight of this beer is its sour/tart quality that comes from a technique called "kettle souring", in which lactobacillus is added to the wort in the kettle and allowed to acidify overnight, then the wort is boiled the next day. Suggested pairing for this beer is our patio on a warm, sunny day.
