This German Sour Ale was brewed with lots of love; specifically, the love of Phillip Martin for his fiance, Brooke Beaver, who said "YES!" on July 27th, 2017 right here at the Three Notch'd Tasting Room. Designed with Brooke's tastebuds in mind, the sour profile from the lactobacillus and the sweetness from the mangos make a lovely marriage. We're sure Phillip and Brooke will too! Congratulations, guys!
