Saison – 5% ABV – 25 IBU
Brewed with our buddy, Steve Marler; long-time home brewer, beer writer and traveler, this Saison was brewed for 2017 Great American Beer Festival Pro-Am Competition. The Belgian farmhouse flavors of pear-skin, apple and slight pepper coming from the special yeast are complemented with the fermented tart cherry purée.
