Humanity’s End is our collaboration with The Savage Lyrics, a comic centered the post-apocalyptic world that inspired the concept of this saison. A unique take on this style, it incorporates serrano and habanero peppers into a peppery, earthy saison base with a touch of agave syrup. The peppers lend a fairly bold flavor with a moderately spicy kick that lingers into the finish.
