WIPA DIPA Double IPA w/ Galaxy & Idaho 7 Hops

Double IPA – 7.8% ABV – 20 IBU
This is the first recipe from our new brewer Willey Broaddus. Working with outgoing brewed Stefan McFayden, this Double IPA is a combination of their favorite IPA’s. WIPA DIPA has a light grain bill for easy drinking with the addition of oats to add a little body and haziness. Bittering hops were added before boil in order to create a softer bitterness. The only other hops are two dry hop additions, Galaxy and Idaho 7, notable for their tropical fruit and citrus flavors.
