We are excited to bring you this collaboration with our friend Mike Ledesma Owner of Perch Restaurant. Mike for a time lived in Hawaii and being an avid surfer we thought we’d name this beer in honor of a common term used in surfing “Toes On The Nose” referring to the position your feet are on the board when riding a wave. The island inspired flavors of this Gose have notes of Sea Salt, tartness from the lactobacillus and a big Guava nose and taste from the fresh puree!
