Snead's Farm
Three Notch'd
Sour Ale – 6.3% ABV
"Snead's Farm" is a blend of red and black sour bases that aged in former Bourbon and Madeira barrels. We stuffed as many blackberries and raspberries from Snead's Asparagus Farm into the barrels as we could, and let them re-ferment before blending. The end result is a bracingly tart, fruity, dark sour with notable barrel character.
