Fluffy Pillow New England IPA w/ Vic Secret & Citra

IPA – 7.2% ABV – 25 IBU

New England IPA’s should feel like a fluffy pillow (if that pillow was filled with citrusy juice) in your mouth. We feel like we definitely hit the mark here. Low IBUs with massive taste come from adding hops before and after the boil, not during. Vast amounts of Vic Secret and Citra hops were added first during the whirlpool to try and stir and rouse the delicious flavors, followed by an intense dry hop schedule closer to the end of fermentation. The result: one fluffy, and juicy, pillow.
