As we make our move into Roanoke, VA we worked with a local restaurant right next door to us called Wall Street Tavern. The idea was to create a beer that compliments the flavors in their dishes and one in particular uses fresh Basil and fresh cut limes which is what we used in this light summertime wit. A perfect combination for summer.
