Witbier – 4.6% ABV

With the weather getting hot, we present the perfect light beer for those upcoming beach trips. Off The Coast is a Belgian Style Witbier, a pale and cloudy wheat beer that is already very popular here in America. Staying true to the style, we used European Pilsner malt for the base and a healthy amount of flaked wheat to add a slight twang at the finish. Coupled with German noble hops, coriander was added at the end of the boil for a little spice and complexity.
