Pilsner – 4.4% ABV – 35 IBU

we conducted our usual lager fermentation on this pilsner, but then we inoculated with two strains of Brettanomyces and let it referment (or condition) for four months. This was done to replicate bottle conditioning, in order to coax out flavors of the Brett into the beer. Enjoy!
