Hefeweizen – 5.5% ABV – 15 IBU
Our take on the classic German Hefeweizen. Half wheat and half pilsner malt, all German noble hops. The real star is the yeast. Strained during fermentation at just the right amount brings out the distinct banana and clove flavors. Prost!
