Dionysus Delight Saison Aged in Red Wine Barrels

Saison – 6.6% ABV – 30 IBU
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from O’Connor Brewing Company out of Norfolk, VA. This traditional saison was aged in red wine barrels for several months after going through a mixed fermentation with both breweries preferred saison yeast strains. The result is a combination of a lot of flavors including farmhouse, wine, and oak.
