Kolsch Ale – 5.1% ABV – 23 IBU
Brewed in collaboration with UVA’s Darden School of Brew, this crystal clear Kolsch is the definition of easy drinking. The beer was fermented at colder temperatures to help create a clean, crisp taste while the German noble hops aadd very low bitterness. Brewed with 100% local malt from Murphy and Rude Malting Co. in Charlottesville, this beer is about a crushable as a beer can get.
