Berliner Weisse – 4.6% ABV – 17 IBU
A Kettle Soured Berliner Weisse lightly hopped with tropical Azacca hops and finished with additions of Raspberry purée (1 lb. per gallon). Crisp and puckeringly tart with a brilliant ruby hue. The fourth in our seedling Berliner series, picked at the peak time to celebrate the inaugural Nokotberfest on Saturday, Nov. 10th with our friends from CultureFix.
