Mise En Place is a Richmond based culinary school that gets its name from the French culinary term that translates to “everything in its place”. Everything is in its place with this collaboration beer, a classic French style saison with rye, lemon, rosemary added on top of a peppery yeast profile. Brewed to be the perfect drink paired with Thanksgiving dinner.
