A braggot is a combination of mead and beer, and we couldn’t think of better people to make this old style with a new flare than the mead masters of Black Heath Meadery. They have been our neighbors in Scott’s Addition for some time and we wanted to celebrate their new expansion with this delicious dessert braggot made with 200 lbs of honey. Don’t worry though, Black Heath is staying in the neighborhood, but they’ll have much more delicious mead coming our way!
