Gose – 5.1% ABV – 10 IBU
When the sun sets early, nothing beats a cozy brew enjoyed by a cozy fire – so we put that feeling in a beer! This German sour ale becomes a winter favorite with the addition of the sweet flavors of blackberry. Tartness from kettle-souring with Lactobacillus gives the beer the same dry, crisp quality of those cool evenings. Winter never tasted so good!
