Berliner Weisse – 4.7% ABV – 16 IBU
A Kettle Soured Berliner Weisse lightly hopped with tropical Azacca hops and finished with additions of Black Currant purée (1 lb. per gallon). Crisp and soothingly tart with a deep, dessert-infused hue. The fifth in our seedling Berliner series, celebrating Virginia Beer Co.'s return to the U.K. in February for Craft Beer Rising 2019 in London.
