Sour Ale – 4.6% ABV
This beer has amazing color from NC carrots, & fresh VA Beach cucumbers provide a cool crisp aroma. This is our sourest kettle sour to date. However, the tartness is complimented by a subtle sweetness from the carrot & a gentle salinity from the addition of sea salt. This beer also has some nice guava notes from a small late hop addition of El Dorado hops.
