We don't often brew Lagers, but when we do we like to go back to the roots of the style. Old School is an Unfiltered Lager - naturally carbonated in the tank, allowing it to be fermented and presented the way it was meant to be. This is a crisp beer with a naturally occurring haze. Mild in body - even in flavor - with a brilliant, creamy head.
