This small batch India Pale Ale - brewed with Denali (aka, Nuggetzilla), dry-hopped with Azacca, and fermented on Mango & Pineapple purees - produces a panoply of bright, tropical aromas with balanced fruit flavors, subtle tartness, and a soft hop bite. Only the knife knows the heart of a pineapple...and paradise awaits only those lucky enough to find their way to 401.
