Whiskey Sour Lemon Lime Gose

Gose – 5% ABV – 0 IBU
Brewed in collaboration with Reservoir Distillery for the 2019 SABD Collaboration Crawl, we present our beer version of a classic cocktail. We made a straightforward Gose and let some of it sit in Reservoir Bourbon Barrels for a month. When we blended it back in, we added some lime and lemon zest to bring it all together.
