Ploughman's Porter English Porter
Three Notch'd
Porter – 5.1% ABV – 35 IBU
“Ploughman’s Porter” is based on an 18th century recipe. Meant to be lighter, less roasty and more caramel-y, this is one “light” dark beer. Using 100% hops from the UK, the malt is the actual star of this beer. The darkest malts were added after mash in to get the color and leave out the sharp bitterness. This beer was originally made to drink at room temperature from a cask, so if you really want the full experience, warm it up in your hands before taking the first sip. Cheers!
