“Anorak” is British slang for a person obsessively interested in something that doesn’t seem to warrant such attention. This term can apply to many home brewers who spend years perfecting their craft. Competitive home brewers definitely show this type of zeal in their craft, spending years perfecting their skills The Dominion Cup is the biggest home brewers competition in VA, and Tommy is a multiple medal winner. This English Golden Ale is based off of his gold medal winning recipe.
